Melroy M. Johnson age 65 of Grand Forks, ND passed away on Wednesday, July 21, 2010 at the Altru Hospital in Grand Forks, ND.
Melroy Marlyn Johnson was born on July 29, 1944 in Helma, MN the son of Francis and Irene (Snare) Johnson. Melroy grew up and attended school in the Karlstad, MN area. Following his schooling he joined the United States Army. Melroy worked for farmers in the Grafton and Minto area and then drove truck for Pro Trucking in Minto, ND. He also worked for Altendorf Farms of Minto, ND. Melroy then worked at Tri Steel and Mayo Manufacturing.
Family members who survive Melroy include his children, Chad Johnson and Cody Johnson both of Grand Forks, ND, stepson Trevor Ronholm of East Grand Forks, MN, special friend, Toni Ronholm of Grand Forks, ND, one sister, Mari Van (Lyle) Simmons of Grafton, ND and several nieces and nephews.
Melroy is preceded in death by his parents and 1 brother Arlo Johnson.
